What type of therapy is involved with the Mind Athlete.
I've developed the Mind Athlete program using my inter- and cross-disciplianry skills and knowledge to give your the most unique and clinically effective therapy available. Every Mind Athlete program contains cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) combined with hypnotherapy (CBH) which has been shown to have astonishing effects on mental well-being.

With easy to step through information and tools that can improve well-being, they’re aimed at those who are looking to gain a little more knowledge about the mind-body connections.

What is the Psych-Fit Academy?
The Psych-Fit Academy is an advanced and immersive digital therapy training program. Training that will take you to the next level of mental fitness. You’ll become an expert mind-athlete. Designed to give you a unique educational experience and blueprint to advance your mental health and well-being. Not only do you get to learn the techniques you would receive straight from the therapy couch, but you also learn about the science behind the therapy.
This is a collaborative program involving you, me, and a team of other health experts. These experts include a physical training coach, clinical nurse, healthcare worker, and philosophy scholar. These experts provide experiential and personal anecdotes.
Taking you from foundational knowledge to a position of wisdom about your mental health and well-being. Through instructor-led (deductive) and self-discovery (inductive) learning, you’ll be able to create the life you want, you love, you expect.
As part of The Mind Athlete Psych-Fit Academy program, you will also be invited to join a private, members-only Facebook group, where you can be part of a community and movement with the goal of moving towards better mental health, and well-being transformation.
How long does each program take?
